Prepositions + ING :

Si une préposition est suivie par un verbe, ce verbe se terminera par ING.
(in, at, about, on, of, for, instead of, before, after, without, ...)
Ex : I'm interested in working with you.

 Thanks very much for inviting us.
Attention : l'emploi du gérondif n'est pas systématique.On peut aussi utiliser un verbe conjugué. Si on ne peut pas dire, Before to go out, on peut dire Before I went out de même que Before going out.

- it's no use / it's no good + ing
- there's no point in + ing
- have difficulty / trouble + ing
- waste of time / money + ing
- spend / waste ...+ ing
- be busy + ing
- go + verbes d'activités + ing
Ex : go swimming, go fishing, go jogging, go shopping

- stop / finish + ing
- postpone + ing
- admit / consider / mind / suggest + ing
- deny / avoid + ing
- risk + ing
